Hello, my name is Merlin Bredius and welcome to my website.

In 2017 I started doing breathwork and meditation with the organisation Art of Living from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. 

In 2018 I finished high school and went to South-America for 5 months.

In 2019 I met the Arhuaco tribe of Colombia.

The Arhuacos are profoundly spiritual people and are deeply connected with nature.

Back in the Netherlands I started studying. But in 2020 I got a panic attack which resulted in psychosis. 

I ended up in western psychiatry. 

It took me 6 years to get to where I am now.

Being able to talk about what happened fully having processed everything.

I started live streaming meditations and talking about my experience on YouTube  hoping to help people.
